About Me

I respond to the name Anthony Evans Kwame Kyereh Diabour. I am 28 years old. I am in a family of seven. My mother, father , myself and four siblings. Two ladies and two gentlemen.
I started schooling at AKAB Complex School, continued at Berekum secondary school, completed and continued at Berekum college of education and now a student at Valley View University-Ghana.
I am working under Ghana Education Service as a teacher and also in a sole proprietorship as farming. I developed an interest in farming when I was about to complete my college of education and doing my service. I started my own farming in 2012 with a capital of about $1000 with two workers who are being paid monthly.

My Business

I started my poultry farm in the year 2012, with a based capital of about 1000 dollars. I was able to raise a two apartment structure with a little over 500 birds. I entered into poultry farm due to my great passion for poultry farming. After a careful study of the market in Berekum, I realised that poultry and poultry products were of great demand and only few people had entered into poultry production.
I arranged with school which I supply eggs to. Today I have well of 4000 birds and a structure of five apartment. Am able to employ two assistance who help in the farm.
I look up to expanding my farm to employ other more people. I estimate about 4000 dollars for my expansion work.
REPAYMENT
I will be able to repay any loan offered me from the sale of my birds and eggs.

Loan Proposal

Thanks for my first loan. My first loan was used to purchase feeds for my birds. This helped the birds to be fit and healthy. The birds were able to increase in their numbers. Since my first loan helped me to improve upon my business, I am going to use this loan to purchase more feeds now that the feed is at a low cost and store so that I will not suffer from any increment in the future. A bag of feed is about 34 dollars and I have estimated to purchase about 45 bags from the loan and my savings got from the profit from sales of eggs and birds. I will employ another person to help me in the distribution of eggs and birds. I know that my profit is surly going to increase to about 60 to 75 dollars.
