About Me

My name is Collins Chiroo from Kiamunyi in the outskirts of Nakuru town of Nakuru county. I am 28 years old married with one kid.
Professionally am an electrical engineer having studied Electric engineering from Rift valley institute of science and technology but have never had a formal employment.
To feed my family and pay my bills, i practice farming in my home where i cultivate mostly vegetable.
My hobbies are travelling and watching sports.

My Business

I have a farm at Kirobon village bordering Kiamunyi estate- that i inherited from my parents. It is the land that has been my source of food and income.
I plant mostly vegetables especially kales. My main customers are from town and the neighbouring estates.
Currently i am planning to transplant kales that are now ready in the nursery.

Loan Proposal

It is the onset of short rains here and i would like to take advantage by transpanting kales that are ready in the nursery but i dont have cash yet for fertilizer and manure.
I will therefore use the loan to purchase fertilizer and manure for early planting and establishment of another nursery.
The harvest from the kales already in the field will help me repay the loan with ease.
Thank you.
