I am Obeng Kwame Enock from the parents of Mr. Obeng and Mrs. Obeng Bermah. We all live in Biadan, near Berekum in the Brong Ahafo region. I started my elementary school at Akab Complex School and then after continued at Osei Tutu Senior High School at Kumasi.
After my high school education, I got the chance to enter into a tertiary institution (College of Education). After the tertiary education, I decided to start something helpful that will bring something good for me and the community in which I live. That led me to start a business that sells agrochemical products.
I like reading, playing football and volleyball, and making new friends all over the world.
I started my business that sells agrochemical products in the year 2012. I decided to start that [business in] agrochemical products simply because most of the pupils that live in my community are mainly farmers, and for that matter are in need of this product so as to increase their harvests. These products are highly demanded in my town because there is no [other] agrochemicals shop in the town. The farmers travelled far to buy these chemicals; therefore my shop has come to solve most of their problems. Farmers' work has been in jeopardy because of the activities of swollen shoot and other insects.
I have purchased some chemicals for my shop, but, due to the gradual moving and growing of my shop, the demand for goods has also increased. Since I want to serve my customers better and I also want their happiness, I am appealing to the Zidisha lenders to approve the loan of $150 to expand my shop so that i can serve my customers better.
As i have already described my self and my business in my community ( Agro- Chemist), with my previous loan, because were in the dry season i bought equipments that was much helpful to the farmers or customers in my community which include watering can, fertilizers and all other materials need to be sold in my shop as an agro chemist. This idea really helped me, my business, community and my country at large because my community was able to provide food for my community and my country and other farmers or customers also got profit from their bussiness as farmers, also I got a profit of about 55 - 60 percent of my Sale.
For this reason, I wish to buy more products into my shops so as to satisfy my customers with their demands. If this loan is granted i will be buying 20 pairs of walenting boot, 40 different brands of splaying machines, 25 boxes of liquid fertilizers, 50 parks of pesticides which in total may cost about $750. I will be able to pay back this loan because i have a lot of customers to supply them with. Thank you!
