About Me

My names are Simon Tundu. I live in a town called Kitengela, which is in Kajiado country. This county neighbors Nairobi City, Kenya. I am 67 years old and got information about you through some of my friends who have joined Zidisha. I have been watching their businesses grow and one of them was generous with information and he told me he gets his financing through Zidisha. I do poultry farming in my home and would wish to expand it in future.

My Business

I do poultry farming in my home. I keep chicken for eggs and meat. This has seen me expand my homestead by construction of additional houses in my compound. This helps me a lot because I occasionally get many visitors who luck a place to rest whenever they are doing a sleep over.

In future, I would love to see my poultry farm expand, to enable me get more cash to cater for my family and do other developments like construction of rental houses. Progress and improving one's source of income and generating several more sources is always everyone's wish. This too is my wish. I hope and trust that Zidisha will be of great help in achieving this.

Loan Proposal

I want to finish up a building I started constructing some months ago. It has stalled for a while and I need to put roofing on it and windows. It is almost complete and I need some money to buy iron sheets and window frames to finish up.

After completing this house, it will help a lot in hosting visitors who frequent my home. I always luck a place to lodge them, and this will really. The small poultry farm I keep has played a role in helping this house come up.

It will be a great joy for me to see this stalled house complete and habitable.
