My name is Michael mala onyala from nakuru.Am married with three children who are all in school.I went to siaya primary school before joining mugumo secondary school i went to rocky driving school where i attained my driving license.I have a matatu operating in nakuru phase two route.I bought my matatu in 2009 from my former employer i had worked as a driver of that vehicle and saved that money to buy that matatu since then i have been operating for myself and it has a reasonable outcome.I bought the matatu since i had worked as a driver and was conversant with that job.
Am Michael mala onyala from nakuru town and i have a matatu operating in nakuru in an area called phase two. There are not so many matatus in nakuru phase two route and that why i chose that route plus i live there and it makes it easy for me to wake up early and start my job.People prefer me to other drivers since many are employed and hiring the car for private job is a long procedure unlike my case where am the decision maker.i also ensure i go for service bi weekly to ensure smooth running of the business.
First i would like to thank the zidisha team for giving me the opportunity and for the good work they are doing to our community.I have a matatu operating withing nakuru and phase two estate in nakuru. On receiving the money i intend to buy new wheels for my car,i will also renovate the seats of my vehicle and buy another battery. With that i am certain that i will operate the matatu for a long time without having to go to the garage. The wheels are kshs 10000 each and am intending to buy two back wheels. the seats and the battery and service will cost around 16000.
