About Me

My name is Kelita Mupukuta. I am a married woman with one child. I live in the fishing camps. I am newly married.

I was raised by my aunt who taught me to be a successful business lady. My aunt sold shoes and clothes to residents of the Fishing Camps.

My Business

I am a business lady of Siavonga town. I buy fish from fishermen and I also sell village chickens.

Recently, I opened a hardware store using the loan which I received from the Zidisha community.

My business is doing well as more people are coming to my store to buy hardware goods which they need for construction projects.

Loan Proposal

I plan to use the loan to buy 500kg of fish from the local fishermen who live in my area. I will sell the fish at the local fish market.

Income Source

The fish business in my area is doing well as people have a distinct preference for fish than meat or chicken
