My name is Chipego Malambo. I am the second last born in the family eight. I completed my high school education last year. I am into business to sustain my life and further my education.

My Business

Poultry & Gardening. I currently keep a batch of hundred and eighty broilers and have egg-plant crop garden. These two ventures are on demand in my town and give good profit. I plan to expand in both ventures.

    Thank you i received my loan on 02/08/2019 although my dashboard is still showing pending disbursement. I will now proceed to buy business buffalo bicycle.

      Did you mention in the Forum that there's no option for you to send a private message to the Staff from the HELP page in your account? Also, could you provide a link here to your post(s) in the Forum?

        I hadn't seen that information in the Forum yet. Unfortunately, there's a delay caused by MTN-Zambia. Zidisha is waiting for MTN-Zambia to process a funds transfer into Zidisha's MTN account, after which time loans to borrowers in Zambia would be able to be disbursed. There isn't anything Zidisha can do about the delay. Patience is required.

      I understand your frustration, but posting here on this page usually won't get you anywhere. That's why you need to use the HELP link in your account.

      My guess is that the issue probably is due to a technical glitch. I hope you get in touch with them about the problem with your loan, and that it will get solved for you soon.

      Also, what do you mean you had to pay twice for your loan the last time? When the technical problem of not being able to send a private message to the Staff is solved, please send details to them about any payments that were made twice, so that they can look into it and correct the issue for you.
