About Me

My name is Ganizani lungu. I am a father of 2 a girl and boy and also a husband to a beautiful wife. I’m an entrepreneur and businessman. I grew up in chipata eastern province of Zambia. I went to school there and later completed my secondary school in Lusaka at Matero boys. I am the second son in a family of 4. I have older brother and two younger sisters. I first heard about the Zidisha loans from friends at a meeting and how it helped them expand their business and advised me to try it out.

My Business

I own and run a grocery store in kanyama and I have hopes of turning it into a wholesale store for most of my customers and clients. I am interested and involved in a series of businesses at the moment so my loan requirements will differ from time to time but my primary goal is to set up a wholesale store that retailers can order products from. This is to be done due to the vision I have of expanding the business. Iam also involved in meat and agricultural products supply like maize and groundnuts. The main objective with these Zidisha loans is to help me expand my business and vision for my future and that of my family. I intend to use the loans to buy equipments and business products to help in the supply chain of demand to my loyal and trustworthy customers in my community and country of Zambia. Loan Proposal

My dear lenders, since joining Zidisha, I’ve been able to buy products like boxes of soap for supply and recently an electric inverter to help me in power supply Incase of power outages in my city. Thank you so much to everyone of you that’s taken time and money to support my dream. I plan to one day open a wholesale shop to resale to retailers. Your help cannot go unnoticed. Thank you so so much your help is changing my life day by day.

I’m applying for a loan to buy meat products to fill up my new fridges. As a grocery store owner one of the things that bring more customers to my shop is meat, especially beef and chicken meat. I recently added a new deep freezer so I could store up enough meat for resale. Beef meat is currently going at k40 per kg in my shop and if I get about 200kgs of beef and chicken meat that will help me meet demand for these products and help me service my customers better. It takes about a week or two for meat of this quantity to completely finish before I make a new order.

Income Source

Because I sell quality original and fresh products in kanyama, most people know and trust my products and my prices are fair. The clientele base is also huge and this helps me raise money in quicker periods. Incase of delay from meat sales, I can always repay using other products from the shop sales to cover up for my loans so as to meet my requirements with my lenders.
I only ask for quicker response from my lenders and Zidisha team especially in disbursement processing to help me grow my business as time is of the essence in my case. I hope my past records meet your standards to lend a helping hand.
