At childhood,I had a great dream where I thought of becoming a great business merchant.I went to school like any other normal Kenyan.after I completed my education,I borrowed a little money from my parents,plus my little savings then started a fruits business.my country,in fact and the region that I am in,is much favorable for the business.currently I do not have children,but when I get them,I know they must admire great things under the sun

My Business

In my business,I deal with fruits and vegetables.I opted to this form of business because these products are a common products for all genders and ages.my locality majority are children and women,who are my potential customers.The profit I realise from this business is channeled in expansion of the business and educating my younger siblings .

When I get this money i will buy Apple mangoes 10 kilograms is 5dollars, sweet banana 10 kilograms cost 5dollars,water melon 10 piece cost 10dollars, butternut one kilograms cost10 dollars, sweet potato 200 kilograms cost 170dollars, pawpaw 100 kilograms cost 100 dollars,long banana 100 kilograms cost 30 dollars, Orange's 50 kilograms cost 30 dollars, and I sell all this item I can make 1500 ksh profit per day

    Dear Lenders,
    Raphael didn't pick my calls, therefore I opted to call Godfrey, this is the person who invited him to Zidisha. I discussed with him the need to talk to Raphael to resume repayment of his loan as he had promised that he would clear by last year December. He also need to give updates whichever the situation is and this is very important to lenders.

    We agreed that he will find him and give me updates on his take about the outstanding balance of the loan and possibly the way forward.

    Lenders,
    Raphael seems not to be doing well. The only things he should be doing that he is not doing is to communicate to lenders. He had promised to clear the loan by December 2018.This was not done without any further communication, I have advised him to constantly talk to lender whatever the situation is.

    His business seems to be down as per the talks. He has only assured to me reorganize himself and communicate back to the lenders about his plan in resuming his loan repayment.

    Lenders,

    Raphael is still promising to pay as he had promised me earlier. He has told me that he didn't want to reschedule his loan because he will pay. We have agreed him to write to lenders by posting a comment on how things are on his side.

    I also wanted to know why Ksh. 2,000 was not paid as he had promised. He said things did not work well for him as he had planned, only that he is still hopeful that it will not take long before he fulfill the promise. I hope things will work for him so that he come back on track.

    I have just spoken to Raphael about fulfilling his promise to repay his loan before 15th, December, He is still optimistic that it will be done. He even assured me that he will pay Ksh.2,000 between today and tomorrow.

    I want to believe that with his determination it will be done.I think am now more encouraged than before. I wish him the very best in his doing business.

    Lender,

    Raphael has been having financial challenges of which he said is now over. He said that this can be confirmed by the repayment he made yesterday. He didn't want to reschedule his loan repayment because he want to clear before 15th December 2018,though I mentioned to him that rescheduling is necessary because his last repayment date has passed and he is behind the schedule.

    We also talked of updating lenders all the times whether in a crisis or not so that they can know how he project is fairing on. I believe Raphael will pay before the said date and I will be in touch to make sure this is done.

    The last loan i buy fruit like mangoes, avocado, melon, cassava, sweet banana, sweet potato long banana and vegetables and I started very well by now am earning 2000per day profit, that money help me to pay for my sister school fees who is in secondary School, if I will qualify for next loan I want to buy a motorbike wich will help me to carry fruit from the farm to market,i would like to thank the zidisha team for supporting me and god bless you all thanks so much.
