Dear Dominic,

If you want a refund of your MLF then you have to create a support ticket using the help menu (www.zidisha.org/borrower/help).

But if you do this decreases your next credit limit with the same amount.

Loans may also carry a required credit risk payment, which is credited to the Members Loan Fund and used for reimbursing lenders in the event of default. Credit risk payments are refundable to the borrower once the loan is repaid.
If this holds, why is it that I have not been refunded with credit risk payments for my last two previous loans?
