About Me
My name is Ogbonna Chima, I had a humble beginning growing up
with my siblings. I developed a love for computers at a very young age and used that love to develop myself.
While developing myself I learnt to be disciplined and prudent which came as a result of a 2 years missionary service for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints.
After my service, I started business and after saving up Ghc 2500, I used the money to open my office and started operating till date. With my keen interest in IT and good money management skills I have been able to grow this business to a profitable one.

I have an apartment I will be renting out. I will be doing renovation work so that it can be ready for a tenant.

I have an apartment I will be renting out to the public. To make it ready for rent, I need to install a toilet and plumbing.

I currently have raised Ghs 1000 and will need Ghs 1842 to finish up the renovation.
I plan to rent it Ghs 200 X2 = Ghs 400 a month which will enable me to pay up the cost quickly
Income Source
Accommodation is scarce in my area and many tenants are looking for good apartment to rent.
Once the renovation work is complete, a lot of agents will be ready to bring tenants to view the place and make rent payments.
