I am a Kenyan citizen aged twenty nine, I live at Gacui area in Dagoretti and studied around that place too. I work at zap car hire and tours and I am the first born in a family of three. I started this business not only to help myself and for my family up keep but also to offer job opportunity to the youths in my area, the income from this business I use to buy my stock and also to save for my sons school fees. I like watching football, playing football, watching movies, reading novels and adventure. My business is running a grocery shop and out local area,i tapped into this business after realizing that most people in my area mostly the youths were going for kinda long distance to get the commodities. It brings in a profit of at least 500/- a week.
The grocery business is not so lucrative but it helps put food on my table mostly those days when my work is on the down low as the hospitality industry most depends on tourists and when the season is low there ain't too much work. My business entails getting fresh green grocery from the market every morning and setting up shop by 11am for those who want to purchase green grocery for lunch, got to have sharp knives because most clients ask for the groceries to be sliced for then, this entails kales, cabbages, carrots, irish potatoes and many more.
Being that I am opening new venture, I will use the amount increase the number of shisha hookahs and flavors that will help in opening the new ventures thus satisfy my customer needs. In addition to it I wanna start schooling in business management classes so to manage my business better and be in better place to do the same in my future endeavors.
