About Me

My name is Peter Mensah .I love work very well so I spent much of my weekends with my father in some of his vegetables farms down in the other side of the village. Cape coast is a city of green vegetation that most people actively engage their wards into some green vegetations and fresh environment Apparently , I got my self a plot of farmland released to me by my father and I then started the the green vegetable business too. As a student of Cape coast University, pursuing Agribusiness, I garnered much knowledge and experience from my field of studies and that has made me who I am today in my farming business.. I love green environment and for that matter green vegetable business.

My Business

Relative to my business, despite being a student, I have been into active green vegetation business in the growing of Cumcumber, Green pepper, organic carrot, lettuce and water melon. These are the vegetables and fruit crops that am into for all these while combining academic with business. It is infact not easy to say but actually very helpful most especially when one is able to raise some amount of monies to foot his/her bill.
I have being a happy student for all this year in using the abstract knowledge learnt from school into a practical field work. I can really say my education couple with my business is fantastic, because I sometimes make a turn over of about 430 GHS a week which equivalent to 110 USD .
I am glad to have survived in this hectic work season of mind.
I have used the money to invest in farming some spring onions.
I am currently making some harvest and will then need this funds to pay for transport cost and workmanship.

Loan Proposal

I am deep with gratitude for my lenders so much for the first support and currently i deem to thank my lenders for all the funds this while. I have taken up an idea to enter into the farming of onions and currently have laid the beds and rally need funds to procure the onions seed for sowing.

Growing onions in Ghana is really catching up the market as most people love the fresh onion leaves and others too also use it in making nice stew. I realize that they was a greater need of that particular crop and also deem it necessary that if i am able to execute this will definitely compliment the desire for fresh vegetables in the market forces.
