About Me

I am Geoffrey Nganga, first born from a family of 1 brother and 2 Sisters. I am single and yet to find a partner in the near future. I am an IT technician and I have a Diploma in ICT.I work very hard to ensure I build my dream which is to set up a community ICT centre in local town Nakuru. I use to pay my own school fees because my parents could only afford partially. When I got my Diploma in ICT, I decided to open a small business.
I worked for a friend for 8 months accumulated $500. I later opened mine with only 3 desktops. I stay in Nakuru town which for the last one decade known as the fastest growing town in Africa. Main activity is business.
I stay with my parents and some of my home expenses are cratered for by them. I run a business a lone hence, taking care of all expenses.
I like playing basket ball and travelling during my free time.

My Business

My business offer internet services, lamination, Photocopying, and Online training. The services I offer are in line with my dream which is to own an ICT centre in Nakuru town. With the fastest growing technology, I also have an interest in aligning myself so that I don`t remain behind. I look forward to teaching the society how to use computers as well.
I started doing business because I have a dream of setting up an ICT center in my community.
Currently I raise a revenue of around $ 240 which also carter for expenses costing up to $ 150.Hence leaving me with a profit of around $90.
The profits I use in paying my part time classes and also some of my brothers and sisters.

Loan Proposal

When I get this loan,I will buy a brand new photocopier machine because since I started my business,I have attracted so many customers such that the machine I have cannot serve them satisfactorily. It was a second hand machine which I believe has depreciated massively.
I also look forward to attract many clients since business is about good and quality service.
The machine will thereafter boost my customer base and finally increase daily income which is the good harmony of the business.
