About Me

My name is Kingsley Amaechina am based in makurdi Benue state and am a farmer.I was born in Otukpo, and like little Ellie, I always dreamed that i would Owen a big farm somewhere to another country/State. And once I really ended up in another city - in Benue State, working as a data Clark in a government office . There I began arming at my back yard, with time i mixed with the locals who gave me plots of land to farm on. Right now i have four plots where i arm rice.

My Business

with Am a small scale farmer farming on a rented land, with about four plots of land where i farm rice, I discovered the world of low-cost farming and began to farm somewhere near the river bank and see how dry season farming will work in this part of the country. Being somewhere in the hottest part of the country, I realized that I had enough experience and knowledge to share with others - but i need funds to do more findings and to also empower more people around me.

Project Proposal

Goat meat has a unique taste that is very difficult to describe but very appealing to the taste bud and the smell sense. There are other products that can be derived from goat, such as milk, cheese, yogurt, ice cream, and butter. Anything that cow milk can offer, goat milk can also do. These are the reasons rearing goat is considered by wise farmers as a very lucrative business and it’s increasingly becoming very popular among modern farmers.

Breed varieties
BREEDS of goats that can be found in Nigeria include Sokoto Red, Bornu Red, West African long-legged goat, West African Dwarf (WAD) goat, Kano Brown, Bauchi type, etc, and lately, Kalahari Red, originally imported
