With over 15years experience in marketing

My Business

Network marketing , online trading & financial consulting making an average income of usd20,000 annually. We also design websites and engage in a bit of green house farming. Currently we have 80 by 100 greenhouse in Kitale on our own land doing tomatoes.

Loan Proposal

I have already tilled the green house and done seedling now I need this funds to buy drugs and fertilizer. The balance to pay laborers until the first harvests is due 2 months from now . The first harvest will generate a profit of about ksh 120,000/ I intend to add another green house at the cost of ksh310,000/ from the second harvest and savings from my other income sources.
The reason for choosing potatoes this is because the greenhouse type has a longer shelf live and the price is high especially during the dry seasons. With green house farming one is able to harvest monthly thus maintaining a customer base from the constant supply. Greenhouse farming reduces crop diseases as well and it's less expensive in maintainance.
With the climate change and less rainfall greenhouse is the next generation of farming. Later I will introduce the HYDROPHONICS which will use very small space no soil but water and faterlizer to increase production from ksh120,000 monthly to ksh 300,000 monthly with the same parcel size of land.
With this finance model of yours I expect to develop another greenhouse here in Nairobi in Rongai where we just acquired a family land. This will have a higher yield because the area is just 45min drive to the Capital city, thus accessibility to a huge customer base . This will create employment and income generation to many families both direct and indirectly.
