About Me

I am called mahathath awuor, i came from a family of seven siblings of which am the fifth.I did my primary school at kamagambo primary after which joined amaiko mixed secondary school where i did my KCSE. because my parents who are just a small scale farmers could not take me to college, my brother saw it better to help me achieve my dream by taking me to kisii polytechnic where am currently pursuing diploma in human resource course. i come from a luo tribe which still practice wife inheritance cultural activity as well as we are neighbors to kissii peope who do circumcise women. i look forward to help eradicate these culture which has no help to our surrounding community as wife inheritance just promote spread of deadly diseases like AIDS by sensitizing them to be self reliance by doing small business or en gauging on agriculture to carter for their daily needs so as to bring back hope to the widows and orphans.

My Business

since i did not want to overburden my brother to pay for me all my expenses an school fees, i felt that i should use my talent which i had since childhood of braiding hair to earn some cash so that at least i can reduce the amount he pays for me in school and other expenses. i do run a salon business after my class sessions . this has enable me pay for my rent and other expenses. i have made it easier to also support our last born who is still in high school as parents cant over work to get her the school requirements.

i lookfoward to make my business grow bigger so as to employ orphans and widows who have same skills as mine in order to encourage them that there is life after loosing their beloved ones and be self dependent.

Loan Proposal

i plan to buy hair food/ hair oil which i apply for my clients after their hair have been washed. the hair food is also helpful when carrying out blow dry as it soften the hair. currently i did operate my salon with ordinary solid body oil but after doing my check up from my neighboring big salons i found it that to attract more clients n my business i must use the best oil in the market. currently miadi products are highly recommended by most of the customers and by buying that kind of hair food i will be able to attract more and more customers into my business.
