About Me

My name is Renson Dicii Kitsao a resident of Mijomboni in Malindi Division am a businessman in this area as well.Am single and my education background is only primary school lever having completed class eight but did not have the chance of joining to a secondary school because of the poor status of my parents. After school i decided to start doing business. my business is quite unique, i build houses and rent them. this business is doing well here because we are at a business center bringng many people at this point.With this business i get an income of ksh 15,000 per month, at the moment i have three houses with ten rooms each house and i rent at ksh 500 per month With the money i get in this business i buy food for the family and also pat school for my siblings I also save as much as i can so that i add to my business.

My Business

My business is building and renting houses, this business is in the Gede area because this area is a business area it brings in new people who are my customers. This business is good because i get the raw material from my home at no cost, i simply go to the bush and cut the poles i need and build the house. the only risk in this business is that i dont have enough money to build permanent houses which can last long.This business is profitable and ma happy because i build these houses in my own piece of land so i dont have to buy . In a month i get an income of ksh 15,000.from this income i use ksh 3,000 buying food because we live in the rural area we have a low cost life. ksh 2,000 i use to pay for my sibling school fees.\, so i save ksh 10,000 per month.
