My name is Kwoba Davis. I went to Esirisia primary school and later joined Esirisia secondary school where i successfully completed secondary education.since we were many in the family my father believed o-level education was enough for one to survive. Armed with my form four certificate,I went to capital city Nairobi searching for greener pastures. I tarmacked for several days and no job seemed to come my way. I final decided to go back home to my rural area. Life became unbearable and so I decided to try my hand in bee keeping and horticulture farming.
I cut timber and made traditional hives and after three months the investment paid off. I sold my harvest and with a loan from my youth group ,bought my first modern hive. that is how I become a bee farmer.
I have two kids Michael and Hellen. Mike want to be a doctor while Hellen wants to be a nurse. I do my best to keep them in good schools so that they can achieve their dreams.
I like making new friends and blogging during my free time.
I am bee keep and so my products include honey and wax. I sell my products to the local supermarkets and local markets.
Honey is one of the best natural sugar available in the market. Most people prefer honey as source of sugar because it does not have chemicals . My society also uses it for treating wounds and fever.
I choose this business because it is easy to manage and required less capital to start. There are also little costs in running this business.
In a month i use $20 for buying sugar to feed the bees that is only during dry seasons. My monthly income was$150 but it increase to $270 after receiving my second and third loan.
I use my revenues ,for saving, buying basics for my family and paying school fees for my two kids .
hello to you , I hope my request finds you in good health . I am requesting for loan to add one more hive to my farm. This will help me produce 11 more liters of honey after every two months and my revenues will increase from $150 to $230 in a month. I have always dreamt of this expansion but resources have been an issue,I am kindly and humbly requesting you to support me. Thank you
