I fredrick ndwele and i am now 23 years of age born in Homabay county. The son of historical peasant late Mr.Onyango.If i can remember i raised in a family where the poor could called as poorest but i thank God my life is changing though i did not have the chance to have higher education because my father could not even talk about taking a child to school leave alone if able to afford. It's good the best i got is the bursary fund which help me to get high school education and it was the end of education for me despite the good grade i attained.
After high school a good neighbor who is an electrical took me to work with him in the field with his installation work. From the little amount i started my own business which is now my whole life.
Now i am a successful food sell in molo town.I make chips from irice potatoe, small fish also known as 'omena',fish balls and fresh juice.Chips is the most demanded commodity among my products especially lunch hour and omena and fish ball are really demanded in the evening for dinner.
I choose this business because food is demanded everyday in life,it is not seasonal like other business. As i does my business everyday i get more passion as more and new customers always comes in.
I can say my cost per month is approximately $250 and an estimated profit of $180.My profit i do usually support my mother, myself and the little remaining reinvest in my business.
My main challenge has been lack of enough capital to expand my business as what i earn right now is little though i do always try to plough back the profit.I am now happy this problem will come to an end by getting zidisha as we will work together till the end.
Thank you so much to all lenders for your last support, your loan really boosted my business and help me improve my life. Now i come before again to lend to me and this is how i plan to spend the loan.
-$80 i will use to renovate and expand my kibanda(structure). This is because my premise is small and not able to accomodate all my customers especially lunch time. This loan help me keep all my customers hence profit increase.
-$100 i will use to buy ten sacks of irice potatoe at wholesale. This will enable me to get discount of inturn i will be able to increas my profit after sellimg chips.
-$50 i will use to buy 40 litres of cooking oil
for making chips.Thank you.
