I am happily married and blessed with 2 children who are attending local primary school. I have completed diploma in catering and run a small hotel in githurai.
My husband is employed by the government of Kenya and meets most of our expenses while the profit from my business is used partly to expand the business while the other is used for savings to invest in my children education.
My hotel business is based in Githurai and it has been in operation for the past 2 years. My hotel involves selling basic food like tea, bread, rice, potatoes , beef and ugali to the local people and over the weekend my husband usually assist in the management. I have also employed one young lady to assist in the servicing and she has good customer relation skills thus customers like our hotel but now I intend to expand and introduce other type of food. Part of my profit is used for savings to expand my business and open other branches in my community because there are few in our community.

Am very grateful for lenders who contributed towards the first loan because it has facilitated my hotel to grow and the number of customers has increased thus I wish to request for another loan to buy 5 tables each at Kshs 1200 and 11 chairs each at kshs 650. This will enable my hotel to serve more clients at once thus increasing my monthly profit which I will use to offer quality education to my children.
