About Me

My names are Joseph Kamau. I am a resident of Kiptangwanyi. My parents live here and this is the place that I have been since I was born and thus I well known in this area. I am a born again Christian of Full Gospel church of Kenya. I attended Muriricua Secondary School where I completed my primary school education. After my high school education I take a course in electronic at Nakuru institute where I gain the knowledge in electronic. I was employed as repairer electronic at Nakuru for two years where I save money, I moved back home and I started my business of Electronic some while ago in the year 2010. The business is growing at high level especially at this time electricity is spreading to the rural area. There were few customers when I was staring the business because there were no electricity so few people could not buy machine such television which uses electric power. With a lot of experience in this business am well known and have my good customers and thus I love this business so much. With the business I have been able to purchase a computer for computer services; I operate the business in plot number 397 at Kiptangwanyi shopping center. I am intending to buy another modern machine for electronic for serving more customer who are increasing day by day but the main challenge is lack of money to fulfills my dream also I want to employ another person because I wanted to open another branch in the nearby trading center such as Munanda which is developing at the same rate as Kiptangwanyi so that I have two business. My stock is worthy ksh 180000.

My Business

My business is located at Kiptangwanyi trading center which is about forty five kilometer from Nakuru town , my business entail a shop of electronic which include sells of spare part and repair electronic machine and soon I want to start selling new phone and o because the area is developing at high rate in term of both technology and in business because population is increasing day by day making my business to attract almost all people who have a mobile phone and other electronic machine in Kiptangwanyi and it environments . My business grows up to a level Having a computer for doing computer services such as photocopy because I have undergone a class of computer study during my course of electronic after completing my high school education, my business is located in a strategic position where I have attract many customer who have purchase electronic machine which are nearby and all people who have a phone for repairing where there come for computer services. The business is excelling because there area is highly populated because the area is developing at very high rate in term of technology because the electricity Is spreading all over the area of kiptangwanyi . The main problem I have is lack of money to buy new and modern machine for electronic because the area is expanding at high rate due to increase in population and technology My stock is worthy ksh 95000,the main challenge facing my business is lack of money to fulfill my goal. This is to buy modern machine and open the same business to other area such as Game which is nearest trading center which is growing also at high rate. I operate my business at plot no 397, at Kiptangwanyi trading center.

Loan Proposal

I am glad to be offered this second opportunity to post a loan on Zidisha website. I have been able to do alot with the loan. The business has really expanded tremendously and I am glad that I came to know about Zidisha microfinance. With this loan, I wish to buy more phone accessories for the business and I will also like to purchase a battery charging machine for charging batteries. This will improve my revenues.
