Thanks again for the opportunity and I want a full direction of my repayment reason being that am making the repayments but the calculations which I have is very different for example I paid three installments of 3000/= which is coming to 9,000/= then another installment of 6,000/= which amounts to 15,000/= out of 17,530/= yet again you still need 5,530/= ? last time you deducted 30,000/= of which after cleared the loan I dint know happened to that, so I need full detailed repayment scheduled.

The repayment amount due right now is 8,856 KES.
Summary Amount Repaid: 180,850 KES so which the due amount remaining because the summary indicate 20,500KES and on the other side is indicating 8,856 KES.
let me know the right balance amount to be paid.

i request to reschedule my payment to be 15th of every month. which means i will be paying Kshs. 12,000 instead of paying Kshs 3000 per week.

my name is Roberta Zenere and I am a Kenya Country Liaison Intern at Zidisha. Within this role, I am coordinating the Zidisha's MPESA team, responsible for processing loan repayments and disbursements.
