About Me

My Name is Annah, Married with two children, one in high school and the other in primary school. I live in Ongata Rongai in a rental house at Fatima next to the St Mary Evengelist. I have done Business since 1997, started with green grocery and switched to Mali Mali. I studied until standard eight. I started business because I saw that it will help me to take my children to school and also to give some money for keeping my self and my family. I switched to Mali Mali because in that area in the market of Soko Mjinga, there was no competition this helped me to give my children books when the schools opened every year, I buy in wholesale and I sell in retail to make more profit if Zidisha lenders, give me money I will have a shop which is strategic for me to continue business and hence expand my business.

My Business

I am near, strategically placed at the place, I buy them cheap from river road and sell them cheap. Yes it has profit especially all the time because of where I buy the stationery from (River Road), where I make profit of every item. When there’s much rain because am under the shade; or if thieves break to my store. My purchases costs me 12,000 a month, sales 36,000 a month and the profit is 24,000.
