My name is Francis Wanyeki. Am Single and currently living in Nairobi, Kenya. I possess a college level of education; pursued a certificate in business management and a Diploma in purchasing and supplies at The Kenya Institute of Management.
Currently I am dealing with supply of computer and accessories. I’m also involved in integrated farming to supplement on my income.
I have a strong passion for poultry farming and I’m in the process of starting up my project. I have just completed the cage to house an initial stock of 500 chicken; with a projection to increase this stock to 1400 in the next 12 months.
I am in the business of supplying computers and computer accessories. These includes the computers, laptops, printers, flashdisks, hard disks, RAM, CDs & DVDs. The business is small scale but self sustaining.
In a bid to fill the gap for food security in Kenya, I’ve diversified into agribusiness with a focus on food production. My project is indigeneous chicken rearing.
This project is also aimed at empowering the community around my home area since I’ll endeavour to encourage them to start up similar projects in a bid to improve their income levels and reduce unemployement.
