About Me

my name is Eusemia akinyi. i live in nakuru town within section 58 estate.i am a single mother of one. i am a p1 teacher graduate. i currently teach in one of the private schools in nakuru. i am also involved in a hotel business however to a limited capacity.i run a hotel that has been in existence for the last one year. the business is small but with a turn over of KES180000. i started this business having realized how profitable the catering business is. i have put in place long term and short term objectives in place which among others includes expansion of branches as one o f the short term objectives. i currently take back 3/4 of my profit into the business. the business currently host 3 employees all on casual terms. i also boast o f outside catering since the business premise is located within town centre.

My Business

i started my business with an initial capital of KES 60000.the business has however improved and currently boast of monthly turn over o f KES 180000. i see this o organization as a potential lender that will enable grow higher. From the that mo monthly turn over, i make a profit that averages at KES30000. i have initiated a process of putting up a branch and have diverted most of my monthly profit to that project that will cost me KES 80000. i ho ever request for a loan to enable me carry out the project at ease. currently all my employees are on casual basis and i intend to put two on permanent terms once the new branch comes into operation. i currently provide outside and in house catering services. the major menu are the common dishes which are affordable among the low class well as students. basically all put all the amount offered into the business and do no t expect any failure in as much as business is all about taking risk. in unlikely event that the business cannot service the loan i will commit my salary towards servicing o f the loan.

Loan Proposal

i intend to start a new branch at machanga area in manyani. i will use the loan together with my saving that has accumulated to KES 30000. with the increase in branches i anticipate a substantial increase in daily profit margin 30 percent.the new branch will demand chairs and serving utensils among others. the furniture and utensil cost will be KES 15000. the rest of the amount will go towards rent and rent deposits of KES 15000.in actual sense my savings will serve as a security in running the business.
