About Me

My name is Faustina Bwalya am a business young I was born on 23rd July; 1997. I went to Matero Girls Secondary School where I completed my high school passed with flying colors. The following year upon completion I got a part-time job as a cashier and started raising money to go to college. Due to high tuition fees at the time I decided to venture into trading with agriculture produce.

My Business

Am a trade of agriculture produce, I sell vegetables, maize, beans, tomatoes, onions, and carrots. The demand is very high more especially in a chain store and mini supermarkets. I choose this business because it has a profit margin and earns a good income within a short time. I spend K 15000 to order all the goods needed and I make K 5000-K 7000.00 as revenue. Therefore the profits I use them for home improvement, business expansion and save the money for school tuition fees.

Loan Proposal

I need funds to transport pineapple from Mwinilunga to Lusaka for sale, it is the marketing season for pineapple and they are on demand, pineapples needed for juice manufacturing companies, therefore i will make profits and expand the production of pineapples for the next farming season. However, am expected to generate between USD 250 to USD 300.

Income Source

My business has been affected and there is good opportunities for market to sale the commodities for the juice manufacturing industries and the local people.
