My name is Vernon Kalubi born on 19th October 1975 in Lusaka pronvince in a family of 9. i completed my grade 12, and went to luanshya trades for mechanical engineering for 2years, and got employed by the same institution because i was one of the best students in school. i stopped work and opened my own garage for servicing of vehicles. i am currently doing fine and i even employed 3 guys from the same school, and they are really helping. Now i felt the need for another business...i therefore opened an internet cafe because of the location where there are too many teachers staying in the same area.
from my garage, i managed to open the internet cafe and its so far doing fine, and thats making alot of money in a month but i do not have enough desks and computers, and customers have to wait for others to finish, thats why i really need to get more desks and computers so that no customer will be waiting for others to finish. i am able to have more than 25 people coming in at once especially in the evenings. i am atleast able to make $ 50 in one day. and if i manage to get more desks, i will be able to make $100, and that will be easy for me to pay salaries for the guys and also repay my loan.
I need to buy 7 more chairs and desks for $ 200 and then buy 4 computers (desk tops) for$600, and this will help stop loosing customers going to look for other internet cafe, because they will stop waiting for others to finish. and i will boost my business in the sense that i will have everything they need under one roof. and my profit will increase by $1000 in a month.
