My name is Figgin Mainza i was born in 1992 in Lusaka town were i grew up.I come from the family 6 being 2 girls and 4 boys.I started school at Kalingalinga Primary School and completed my primary level there before i qualified to st. Maries Girls Secondary school.I completed my school with flying colors and went to Evelyn Hone collage where i studied pharmacy and obtained a certificate in pharmacy.After completion of my pharmacy studies immediately i opened a drug store in our township, i saw the opportunity because people would walk long distances due to lacky of a clinic near the township.Hence i need to restock my drug store so that i can have all the drugs needed for the people to buy.When i was introduced to zidisha loans i got interested and decided to apply for the loan.Our country zambia is so blessed with natural resources and tourism industry.However zambia is peaceful in the southern region of africa and no civil wars have been recorded.I order all the drugs on wholesale price and sale them on retail price, hence all the profits that i make i use them for my University tuition fees for bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical studies.

My Business

I ran a drug store in our community which is the main source of my income and helping my family members.Most i stock mainly drugs of types of diseases and also some cosmetics for women.I choose this type of business because of the passion i have for patients who suffer from different types of diseases such malaria which is a deadly disease in Zambia, paracetamol, drugs for coughs and fevers.These drugs are for both children and adults.Typical cost is ZMK 1500 and after ordering i generate a turn over of ZMK 1000 which good for me, after realizing such turn over am able to repay my rental for the drug store and reserve some funds also for future use.Some of the profits i use to restock some of the drugs that are out of stock to ensure that there is consistent and maintain customers .

i need buy stock of malaria drugs in my shop due to break of malaria in my community.Most of customers are of mosquito's hence i USD 100 to help buy these drugs and mosquito nets which have become on demand due the break out of malaria.This will a lot of value because i sale more malaria drugs and mosquito nets which will prevent from suffering from deadly disease of malaria.However, i will be able also to generate more profits out this stock i will buy if my loan is successful.
