About Me

I am JOSPHAT KILONZO KAUNGU ,I am married with three children, I only did my form four examination as my highest level of educational ,My wife is a house wife ,since to be employed become a problem due to lack of papers, I decided to venture into business, I live with my family at lake view area in Nakuru county . I live in a rental house where I pay house, water and electricity bill of $ 30 US dollas. I am the bread winner of my family.

I started business in 2002 since my parents were poor there wasn't enough money to continue with my Education but I hard a passion of becoming a businessman by doing so it has greatly assisted not only me but my family at large and my clients. I do sell second hand tyres.

I do pay school fees for my son and daughters,The first loan I received it greatly assisted me much I added enough stock to my business which assisted me to pay back my loan and I remained with the business running .By doing so I have been in business though it has take a lot of time to grow as well as to change to another step is just stagnant.

You may have passion of starting or boost your business but you are poor financially, loan can highly boost you to another different level in business .

It is licensed under single business permit under the municipal council of Nakuru.

My business deals with selling of Second Hand Vehicle tyres of all sizes.


Most of my customers prefer my business because of the services that are offered and as well the costs are standard depending on goods,quality and quantity products that I have comparing to other competitors and also availability of goods without lack, they need from lower class to higher class ,though there is more competitors it depends on how first I can deliver the services to them as well as quality goods The site where I am located there is no more competitors hence my services to my clients are good,first and reliable all the time,though you can here some complains but not more since there is no perfect person.

My business is profitable for one I do understand very well the business since is the only business I have been doing since19893 ,so I have old clients from major firms,industry and some ministries who orders goods/products from my shop and other services at a larger quantities hence making more profit though some times I don´t meet their needs.

I have a financial risk since I started my business with small capital which make me to grow very slowly and loose some clients by not meeting all their needs,Technology, especially those characterized as “paradigm shifts” or “disruptive” have long and costly acceptance cycles, they have run into unpredictable performance eg manufacturing problem(poor quality of products ) also operation risk,Since some of my clients call for door delivery which comes very difficult for me to deliver my goods to them in time. Also the major challenge that I face is from the clients since some tend to take goods on credit and they delay to pay which hinder me from expanding.

I do meet my smoothly needs in terms of paying house rent,labour and other small work expenses,If I get $ 1765 US dollars I will add more stock and buy variety of goods as to deliver a first quality goods as my clients needs as well adding value to my work. My business will grow first to a different level.

Loan Proposal

I normally deal with selling second hand tyres, I will use this money to boost my business so that I can look for more tyres, I believe I will make profit which will help me to pay this loan. This business is not bad so long as I will be able to get quality goods hence attracting more clients in my business.
