About Me

My names are Mary Njeri Kamau,I am 24 years old.I am the firstborn of my family,We are six children and one adopted child.I went to st GEORGES Muthaiti primary and thereafter to Morop Girls Secondary all located in Nakuru.I later joined college at Lake Nakuru college of tourism and hospitality management.i cleared college four years ago .I live with family at Kiamunyi estate in Nakuru situated along the Kabarak ravine road.i used to work as a cashier at a certain restaurant before decided to venture into my own business.i decided to open a wines and spirit joint which is the first in my local. My business deals with selling of wines and spirit which i sell at wholesale and retail. This is highly profitable because i have high demand and less competition.I started all this because i needed to assist my parents financially in the raising of my siblings. So far i have purchased seats and tables and a bicycle which is used to transport goods for customers who make their orders on phone. All this i do at a small fee.So far i cant complain because my sales are great .

My Business

i believe my business will pay any amount of loan i ask for because for one i dont have much competition meaning my sales are very high.i sell my drinks on wholesale and retail.most customer prefer that because they dont have to go far to buy their own stock and also i treat my customer in a good way because i believe the customer is always right.i approximately have a sales of 10000 to 15000 a day.i am planning to add more stock because the goods i sell are not perishable meaning more shelf life so that in the near future i can add a motor bike for delivery and also open a bar, this will mean that i wont have to close at five pm like i normally do.My only risk is when the goods i sell to wholesale customers dont sell fast enough which means i own stock will derail.I dream to get bigger space which will mean more stock, with help from Zidisha i believe all this is possible.Thank you in advance ZIDISHA

Loan Proposal

I plan to restock my wines and spirit joint with more drinks, once the sales are high i will manage to restock regularly, save and pay my zidisha loan. With time i will add a motorbike which is a fast means of transport for a quicker and better delivery of goods to my customers. This will in turn make my outlet better than my competition.
