Am a family man a father of three children james ngugi james nganga patrick njoroge. I have attained education up to form four. Having completed education i felt the need to start my own business to alleviate poverty in my village. I am patient, active and hardworking. I also works on my farm i and my wife and also labor some more workers on my firm in order to get more products. for this reason, if i get some more money from zidisha i will be able to expand my business and also get more land for cultivation.
I live in mugaa village where i run a retail shop selling such things as sugar, rice, tea leaves ,cooking fat, salt and also dry grains for human consumption. i have been in this business for six years. my main customers are the villagers and the teachers in the neighbouring schools. the schools also buy some of the commodities from me. i have benefited from a loan of ksh.60,000 by faulu kenya in november 2009. i have paid ksh. 50,000 and intend to clear the balance by the end of this month. Fist is great thanks to Zidisha for all the great support they have offered me since i joined Zidisha. I have made great progress in my business. With the current loan of Kshs !50,000, I intend to buy new women clothes stock and women shoes that will cost me approximately 70,000. then i want to buy men 's and children's clothes and shoes all new which will cost me 45,000 and 35,000 respectively. I will cater for transport and other few additional costs that may occur using my already saved money. I will be very happy if i will be granted this loan which will mean that i become a successful businessman the soonest time possible. mainly i want to target the current bean harvest season which means that my customers and potential customers will have more money to spend. Tanks in advance to all Zidisha members.
