About Me

I am a well known tailor at miti mingi, a father and a businessman. I live in miti mingi, kenya. I learned the business of tailoring long time ago and due to lack of formal employment i decided to buy a sewing machine so that i start my own business. my aim of starting a business was to meet my family's daily requirements such as school fees, food and any other support. i love watching movies and reading inspiring books during free time. from now zidisha will help me to improve my business so that i improve my business further. I am dreaming of opening a boutiques in future. zidisha will help me so much.

My Business

my business is tailoring and clothes repair and i make clothes for mean, women and children. I also convert bad and torn clothes into good ones as good as new. I make good profit per clothe but it depends on particular days. on a bad day i get about 400 but on a good day i get about 1300, so am confident that i will be able to repay the loan. I am very happy with my job because i completely know it. i and my wife have agreed on a zidisha loan which we believe will improve our lives greatly. thanks in advance to zidisha.

Loan Proposal

I am very happy to be accepted in Zidisha. With a loan of 150 dollars i want to buy materials for tailoring. I will use a loan of 12945 to buy new materials worth 10000 which will be enough to satisfy my customers, i want to even make ready made clothes for women and mean and children such that they can buy ready made. The remaining money will be used to buy other tailoring requirements such as buttons, needles, threads and other necessities. thanks so much to zidisha.

My business has improved greatly recently. At the same time, I previously had a sick child that I took to Mid Hill Hospital Nairobi over the month of April and May this year. Now I will be able to pay Kshs. 2000 each week. I thank the flexibility of zidisha loan, Zidisha team and lenders altogether.
