I was born in 1953 in Kan durum, forest in bahati, nakuru county. I joined my primary school in 1958 in Kan-durum school up to 1968 after doing my C.P.E. I managed to join secondary school in 1969 at Afraha sec school up to 1972. After completing my secondary school, I helped my parents up to 1976 farming and other home activities. In 1977 I was employed as a manager in Kandutura farm up to 1980 when the farm was demarcated to share holders. I got married in 1976 when I got my first job. We are blessed with 12 children, 5 girls and 7boys. I love them all.
I do live in Kandutura farm plot 255 Mama Ndicho street in Kandutura sub-location Visoi location Rongai division/district Nakuru county.
The time I helped my parents I liked very much keeping chicken so my business is Poultry farming which gives my family food and paying of school fees to our children. The business is profitable because I do sell 60 eggs daily at kshs20 each(1200/-) If I get the loan, I want to add more birds and buy feeds, dewarming and upgrading the standard. Risk of this business is when there is outbreak of bird flue.
i will use the loan that i will get to improve my poultry keeping and also i will add more poultry to my farm since i want to add also poultry for meat thus to increase my feeds demand and also build new houses for the incoming flock, the remaining money i will use to add feeds which were not there so that to increase the rapid growth to the rearing of this birds.also i will buy some few medicine for the chicken since like i stated earlier on my previous loan that my birds were attacked by various diseases i will add this medicine so that to prevent the outbreak in the poultry farming again and by doing that i will be sure of safe running of the poultry farming.
