Am married with one child have done accounts at strathmore university, i live with my family in my house, have.worked as an accoutant for 5yrs then.i decided to venture into business
I started with rental houses then i opened
,a chemist, i intend to build more rental houses from proceeds of my busimess because it has less risk and always appreciate in value, my wife has a barber shop where she collects 1000 every day after days expenses monthly rent plus powet bill is 12000 so she makes 18000 per month.
i still have space in the compound where have built rental which in future hope.to countinue with construction, i have build four rental apartment i live in one and the.rest three rented out at.ksh 20000 per month.
I have house for rental with an income of ksh 60,000 and also the house has a title deedwhich can be used for security, value of the house is 10million and i have a chemist with monthly turnover of 240000ksh after expenses i get 50000ksh,i want to.oncrease my stock at the shop, chemist business is good because everyday people become sick and also the profit margin is good sometime we sell.double the.price we bought the stock
with rental houses one will also not go wrong because the housing unita available does not satisfy the demand, so everyday people are looking for houses
am ready to offer an intrest of 25% to the lenders.
most patient go to goverment hosipital where they dont get drugs, so i.will be able to diagnose and. issue.drugs thus making sales on both kits and drugs
i also intend to purchase more antibiotics since this day they are variouse antibotics in the market, thus need to stock most of them.
most illness are bacteria infection from coughing to treating of wounds so by stocking.more antibiotics will lead to more customers and more sells
