About Me

My NAME IS Regina Katiti. i have a degree in theology and am a self trained business lady who has specialized in salon and beauty therapy.I reside in Nairobi and it is also the area from which i run my businesses from.I own 2 salons which includes a training facility and beauty therapy.I have assisted many young people employ themselves and my dream is to assist many in the coming years.My MAIN VISION IS TO HELP THE YOUTH ACTUALIZE THEIR DREAMS THROUGH SELF-EMPLOYMENT SINCE IN THE NATION OF KENYA WE ARE FACING THE PROBLEM OF UNEMPLOYMENT.tHUS IF I CAN TRAIN MANY AND ASSIST MANY EMPLOY THEMSELVES WHO IN TURN WILL EMPLOY OTHERS THEN THE NATION OF KENYA WILL BE BETTER PLACED.

My Business

I own and operate two businesses offline all based on beauty.i have two salons and one training facility whereby i train the youth on matters of salon and beauty therapy.I have so far trained around 200 youth, and employed 40 of them i have employed them in my businesses.I have also assisted around 50 of them to start their own businesses.
My businesses generates an income of 600 USD monthly after all expenses have been catered for.
My aim is to is to use the money from zidisha to expand my training facilities in order to accommodate more people trainees and trainers.With your finances i believe i will be able to do much and accomplish that dream.

Loan Proposal

I will use the money to buy some product of beauty stock to add to my beauty parlor.This will increase income thus more business and as a result i will be able to repay the loan.I will also use some of this products in demonstrations in my beauty training for the trainees to get more details and information on how to use the beauty products.This will make them good students and it will make them attract employment fast.
I intend to use part of it to extend my training equipment that i may accommodate more trainees thus more income.
