Iam a young man of 41 years old. i come from a village named Bahati Nakuru county, Riftvalley province. Iam married and got two sons aged 13and 6 years old respectively.
I have 2 acres of land which I plant maize n beans. i cultivate 1 and half an acre of maize. I a get at least kshs40,000 anually form beans and ksh 70000 from maize.
Iam a cash crop farmer. I have a good experience in that. i inherited two acres of land from my father.He inherited me this because he saw the high interest that i had on farm. I sell my beans to the local market and maize I sell it to local millers for flour. I find it wise for me to hire another another acre of land and plant soybeans so that i can have another source of income.
He are my business expenses and how i will use the loan money;
Hiring the land kshs 8000
Buying soybeans seeds ksh 4000
Cultivating the land kshs 5000
Buying fertilizer kshs5000
Buying pestsides kshs7000
Labour kshs 6000
If offered a loan of kshs. 40,000 and to be repaired within one year i will be a happy farmer.
i will use the money to buy chicken feeds like chick mash, growers mash and layers mash. i have already ordered for chicks which i will be receiving by next week Friday. your money will help me to buy feed for them until they start laying whereby i will now start earning my profit by selling the products (eggs). i will highly appreciate your effort, thanks in advance.
