I am Lucy Wambui Kamau and I am married with three children. One of the children is still young and finished form four last year. She is still to join college this year. I live in Bahati. our home is situated next to J M Memorial Secondary school , as you alright at Bahati Center bus stage you will see a sign post that direct you to J M Secondary school you follow that route our home is just next to the school.
I have a hotel business at Bahati. My customers include those who attend the Wednesday and Saturday markets because the two days are market days. During the other days, I get customers from persons from the DCs office and those who visit the head of the district offices. I usually make a profit of about ksh 20000 per month. I also do farming. I plant maize, beans, vegetables, potatoes, onions and sometimes fruits. I use them for food for my family and the surplus I sell. I usually make about ksh 100000 from selling the farm produce over the different seasons. I also keep sheep which I sell after every four to six months. I make about ksh 50000 from the sale.
I would like to thank the zidisha team for the last two loans they have helped me to uplift my business very much i was able to make good profit and the money was used to pay school fees for my children and also to continue the business without any problem. i will use this third loan to continue with the business and also to uplift it .Thank you zidisha team for the work your doing, your making many people's dreams come true Thanks so much.
