Am Peter Kimani, am 23 years old. I live in Nairobi and currently am single. I was born in Naivasha, where I attended both my primary and secondary education. After completing my secondary education I would not join college to further my education because I have younger siblings who also depend on my.
I moved to Nairobi where I started doing construction jobs I was able to do some savings that enabled me to buy hair cutting equipment, then I and my few friends came together and leased a shop where we share space and each of us has a maximum of 2 shaving machines.
I would to do this business and save enough money to go to college I have a passion in architecture and I would love to realize that one day.
I am a part owner of a barber shop where I do hair cutting and trimming of beads.
I and my partners agreed that each of us should have a maximum of 2 sitting place but I only managed to buy one and I would like to buy the extra chair this way I'll be able to employ someone and as we well increase my income.
It's easy to run a barber shop this way since we split the expenses three way.
In a month I make a profit of kes 10000, I am able to save a portion to my college fund and also take care of my other basic needs.
I will love if Zidisha will be me be able to expand and occupy my empty space this will help me realize the full profits I'll be able to make.
Thanks
hello lenders i hope you doing well, i would like to say thanks for your support, understanding and faith in me and my business. am applying for a loan of 500 dollars, this is to help me increase my mpesa float and get mobile accessories to sell at the mpesa stall.
right my mpesa float is at 200 dollars which is not good since at times i run out of the float and this hinders me from making more transactions thus not reaching my maximum potential profit wise, will add a float of 300 dollars this means i will have a total float of 500 dollars this will ensure am able to do more transactions hence more profit, then another thing i need to introduce alongside my barbershop and mpesa is selling mobile accessories like screen protectors, back covers, batteries, earphones and memory cards, this is to help me have more income resources. i will invest the remaining 200 dollars in the mobile accessories.
with your help i believe i will be able to achieve my goal and be able to earn more so that i can put myself in college to achieve my ultimate goal.
