About Me

I was born in Kumasi and schooled in Kumasi for my basic and high school education. I am girl who developed the passion for selling at my early age thanks to the fact that my mother was into trading. To pursue this interest, I learnt how to make groundnut cake and at my basic school days, I sold them to my classmates. This was what I did till i completed high school. I decided to develop this interest of mine further by setting up a small provision shop when I was to wait for a year before continuing my education at the tertiary level. I like to read and listen to music during my idle times.

My Business

I basically sell assorted consumables which are basic necessities of human needs. These include snacks, water, soft drinks, and beverages. My choice of this line of business was basically due to the fact that the product mix is of high demand in my locality but people had to walk a long distance to buy them. The typical costs are mainly the cost of replacing stock and utilities whereas revenue is from the sales proceed. I usually reinvest profits into the business to grow and also support my educational expenses from it.

Loan Proposal

I request a loan of GHS533 to augment my working capital by stocking more goods in my grocery shop. Specifically, I would use the the money to buy snacks to augment existing stock. This I anticipate should contribute to a 2% profit growth for my business.
