My Business

My business deals with the new clothes, second hand clothes, rubber shoes and slippers. There is demand for this goods especially the second hand clothes due to the government regulation of the cotton industry. The demand is also due to the competitive price i sell them to the customers. Customers prefers my business because of the ideal location of the business. They prefer my business because of the polite and courteous way i interact with them. The business is profitable because am able to add stocks and i can see it grow each and every month. The risk that i face is that to theft and bulgary though we have joined with my neighbours and we have managed to employ two watchmen who keep watch at night.
My monthly cost of sales isKsh 70,000.00
Monthly revenue Ksh 100,000.00
Transport cost and other expenses Ksh 8000.000
Rent Ksh 2000.00
Electricity bills Ksh 500.00
Total expenses ksh 10500.00
My montly net profit Ksh 19,500.00

Loan Proposal

If i get funded, i intend to use the Kshs 100,000 to my money business thus increasing the float. The rest of the cash, i intend to use Ksh 50,000 to add more clothes since now we are approaching festive season and the clothes sales is usually high. The balance is going to be used in buying beauty products which i intend to introduce into my business.
