About Me

My name is Frank Damoah. I come from Berekum in the Brong Ahafo Region in Ghana.I am 26 years of age. I am the second born among the four children that my parents have. I attended my basic school at Akab Complex. I furthered my education at Saint James Seminary Secondary School which is also situated at Sunyani Municipality. I completed my tertiary education at the University of Ghana and read physical science. I am a bit chocolate in complexion. I am about 5ft 11inches tall. My hobbies are singing and playing basketball. I also spend a bit of my leisure time reading books or playing video games. My favourite dish is rice garnished with green vegetables. Pork is also my favourite meat

My Business

The name of my pharmaceutical shop is ‘Happy pharmaceutical shop,’ this pharmaceutical shop is located in my locality which is Jemdede. Among the four villages which are far away from my community, it is the only community which has well recognizes licensed chemical shop. This is always attract other communities to travel from their villages to purchase drugs from my shop to their home towns as prescribe by qualify personnel’s. I started operating this licensed chemical with an initial amount of Gh.800 cedis only and purchase some of the drugs also too on credit bases. My chemical shop is serving my community and the nearby towns most and some of the drugs I sell under the approval of the Ghana food and drugs board are condoms, palatine tablets, paracetamol, lonart tablet, benelyn cough mixture, etc

Loan Proposal

I need a loan of about $952 to invest in my drug store. I need $150 to buy cough mixtures, $70 for multi-vitamins, $85 for folic acid, $315 for arthemeter/Lumefanrtrine (a very good anti-malaria drug approved by the Ghana Health Service), $105 for dewormer, $90 for Gentamicine (effective for eye problems),
$120 for maintenance at the pharmacy and $17 for cotton wool and plasters. Serving people at the pharmacy shop and a news of sick people being cured is something that I love to hear on daily bases. This is the reason why I make sure , the shop is stock with drugs that people in the community need everyday. I make good sales with these drugs
and I can repay the loan as expected of me. I hope my dear lenders help me into making this dream a reality. Thank you.
