About Me

Daniel Kiragu is my name. I come from Nyeri County in Kenya. I am the 2nd born in a family of four siblings,I went to Mathanje Primary School and proceeded to Mukurweini High School in Nyeri County ,I later joined Gilgil Technical College for welding and fabricating course.

After completion i went to Nairobi to look for job ,but unfortunately i landed to be a tout in a town service minibus ,i worked for 2 years ,while at my line of duty i met with my former class mate at High School who introduced me to his work mates where thy have formed a group of 9 people, i joined and started saving and later on i secured a loan to buy welding machine ,clump,hacksaw and two boxes of welding rods,and payed back the loan later.

I moved back to Nyeri in our local shopping center and opened a workshop by the name Mwangaza Gen welding Shop. By so doing i developed interest in the work and concentrated with my business of welding as the course i did.Being a strong christian i am the Senior Teacher for the Youth in our Church and reading the Bible is my inner most interest.

My Business

My business entails mostly on welding of materials such as windows ,doors ,balcony grills ,door frames ,Iron gates ,steel chairs and tables and many more that pertains with welding.The cause for me to do this kind of business is because ,i have gone to college to learn to the same ,and also i love it with my whole heart ,in this area we are just two guys who offer this kind of service but i am the most favourable because of the net job i do to my clients.

Currently my business is operating at a cost of USD 1330,due to the growing demand of houses being built here the income that i generate per month is about USD 230, After my deductions i remain with about USD 65. my business is growing gradually and i have employed two guys to help me at the workshop,the profits that i make assist me on my daily upkeep and have some money to save . The loan will also help me to buy more materials for my work and my profit will also increase.Thank you .

Loan Proposal

My appreciation goes to everyone at Zidisha Team and the Nobel Lenders at large,for this great platform,this particular loan i will purchase the following items with it ,2 Ms plate at a cost of USD 70 and some 2*2 metal bars USD 80,this will make my income to increase to about USD 40 because of the increase of the materials ,it will make me have an increase on income and it will assist me in paying my loan and improve my upkeep.Thank You so much for your generous support and i welcome lenders to bid to my account.
