About Me

Am Valentine Ochieng , born on the 4th day of June 1991, a second born in a family of four, I sojourn in Kesses a small center in Eldoret town , Uasin Gishu county, Rift valley province, I do retail shop business, import business and am also an employee of Nairobi Aviation Eldoret branch under the department of Aircraft operation , I went to Usare primary school then to Mbita High school and then to Moi University, I started my business immediately after form four so that i can facilitate my education at higher level but since then the business has changed my life since i was able to pursue my degree and currently am able to pay for my sisters school fee who is in form 2 at St.Catherine Girls -Kesses, through my business i have been able to purchase a car for my transport business among other assets , am one man who like serious individual but extrovert, i like swimming , travelling , reading new materials and most of my free time i like playing with my only baby boy or going to a tour with my wife .
Am an aircraft operator and would like in future if financially more stable , open an international school for aviation students and sponsor those students who are willing but unable to persue aviation course.

My Business

I majorly get my finances through my business especially the shop business , there i sell goods like bread , soap, soda or soft drinks among other commodity that are fast moving , my business do well because it is a monopolistic business in the whole region apart from those at the main center , my customers always prefer my goods because they are always fresh and the price is relatively lower compared to those that are sold at the main center , my business is also profitable because i make order at least once after two days and my main suppliers are Eldomatt , Khetia supermarket and Diplomatt General stores , currently am my business is facing financial problems mainly because of the new branch that I had started but has not yet picked well so I still pump some of the cash in the new business
On a monthly basis i can make atleast 150,000/= with a profit margin of about 20,000-30,000/= monthly .If am granted the loan i will invest in the business and make an early payment so that i can qualify for a more cash that can make a great impact positively to my business

Loan Proposal

If am granted this loan i will ensure that I purchase wheat flour and sugar for my retail shop since they are fast moving goods in my shop and therefore can boost my income if stock is available , i will also ensure that i pay my dues on time so as to qualify for the next loan limit and fulfil my projects since i will be having a great financial base . So far am greatful to the Zidisha team for the great work they have done to me even though my on time repayment percentage is stagnant however much i try .
