I am anthony Odoyo of pangani estate,nakuru east location,nakuru town, nakuru county.i am 21 years old and a holder of certicate course in highway and building technology.i completed my certificate course a year ago and decided to venture in business.I operate a grocery stall in pangani estate lunga lunga road of nakuru town.I started the business having seen and opportunity to make money in selling a variety of groceries(sukuma wiki, spinach,onions, tomatoes etc) to my customers who come from pangani.the money i get from the sale of groceries i use to pay my bills and also add more grocery.my hobbies are like singing and dancing.

My Business

I operate a grocery stall on lunga lunga road,pangani estate,nakuru east location,nakuru town nakuru county.I sell fresh grocery which are avariery of different vegetables used mostly by the households in the pangani estate.I source my grocery from nakuru main market and also direct from famers who sell them to me at wholesale price and I also find them fresh to reach the customers fresh.customers find my stall a convinient place to get all the groceries they require more so in the evening when a majority of them are from work and want to cook .i make profit of between USD 115 to USD 120 a month.i will use the loan from zidisha to get more fresh produce and get them directly for the farms to make maximum profit.my customers like my stall as they can get all that they want for their kitchen interms of vegetables

Loan Proposal

I need the funding from zidisha as it will enable me buy stock directly from farmers hence increasing the profit margin.l sell fast moving vegetables like sukuma wiki,onions,tomatoes and spinach from my stall.being that its right in the estate it is easily accessible to the customers who more so in the evening wants to cook so they pass by my stall and are able to get what they want.this funding will enable me avail the vegetables they want.I will spend this money as follows. USD120 for buying more vegetables and stocking them in my stall and USD 20 for transport and USD 10 to improve the stall and do shelves and provide shade.with all this done l will be able to increase my earning and even be able to open other sites within pangani estate to satisfy fully the needs of my customers .thanks in advance for the good work you are doing in funding small businesses
