About Me

I am Phenny a businesswoman who deals with selling of clothes as well as running a beauty parlor in the coastal city of Mombasa. I have been doing business for the last 15 years with moderate success. I am a single mother of three children who are all in school. I believe in hard work and honesty.

I am a church minister and I spend my Sundays in Church where I do a lot of church activities such as preaching and counseling.

My children are all in school one would like to be a teacher, the other one a dentist and the third born an engineer.

My Business

I run a beauty parlor where I do all sorts of beauty work such as hair styles, pedicure and manicure. I also sell ladies clothes to supplement my income. I use the profit from this business to support my family with food, school fees and other necessities.

I hope to keep growing by leveraging on credit facilities such as Zidisha. My dream to move this business to the city center where I will be able to attract high class clients.

Loan Proposal

I am building my business gradually by taking Zidisha loans. I now want to buy a new stock of women accessories such as handbags and purses to sell. With this amount, I will be able to buy 8 handbags and a dozen purses.

I have orders for the same so I know I will be able to sell the items very fast and make a good profit of about 30%. More importantly, I will be able to put back the profit in my business and accelerate its growth while still repaying this loan.
