About Me
My name is Mildred Odhiambo, I was born in Busia county to late Mr.Odhiambo and Late Rose. I was the third born in a family of 6. I went to Angorom primary school and later joined our lady of mercy Busia girls,as fate may have it my parents passed on while I was in my third year of study. I struggled with help from extended family members and finished my secondary school.
After secondary school, i went for computer packages cause, I worked as a cyber attendant briefly ,after saving enough money,I went to the farm and that is how my 1 acre kale's farm started. It has not been easy but i give it my best knowing that my siblings depend on me for fees.
I like dancing ,singing and reading novels. I also keep pets cat (rozie) and dog ,I like them so much.
My Business
My business is commercial agriculture and involves growing kales,which are very marketable in my area. I got a tender to supply my former secondary school and it forms the base of clientele.
I choose this business because it did not require huge start up capital and also because the demand for this goods was very high in my area hence the need to fill the gap.
I spend $100 in a month,my monthly revenue average is $250 . My profits in a month is $150. I use my profits mainly for supporting my siblings through fees and other basic needs.

I am kindly requesting you to help me finance purchase of irrigation kit for my farm that includes,foot pump and 200m pipes for the farm. I have done transplanting half way and I need constant supply of water before the skies open up. I am glad you are helping me.Thank you in advance
