About Me

Mrs. Ines Chantal Dadjo was born in 1975. She attended school until class 4. Her father is a Police Comissioner. She is married and has four children, two boys and two girls. Her mother is also a vendor. Married in Parakou, she sought a place on the road between Benin and Niger. She started in 2003 and daily sales range between 20,000 and 90,000 FCFA. Her current capital is around 5,000,000 FCFA.

My Business

Selling miscellaneous items is a very profitable activity in Benin. Even more so when one is situated next to a middle school and a university, like HECM. The various items sold by Mrs. Dadjo are bought in Cotonou. These items consist of biscuits, drinks, candies, yogurts, etc… Daily sales range between 20,000 FCFA to 90,000 FCFA.

Loan Proposal

I would like to have this loan in order to increase the inventory of my shop which sells miscellaneous items. My shop sells "Friands" (Translator's note: a French phillo-dough pastry filled with spinach or chicken and baked), yoghurt and all kind of drinks. The loan I am asking for would allow me to fund more inventory for cookies and "Friands" (see above) for the students who are steps away from my shop. Having the ability to buy different kinds of baked snacks and sandwiches will allow me to better respond to the needs of my customers. If this loan is approved, it will increase my revenue by USD 40 (CFA 20,000.00). That will allow me to increase my "tontine" amount from USD 10 (CFA 5,000.00) to USD 29.75 (CFA15,000.00) so that I can pay back that loan on time.
Translator's note: TONTINE : The tontine is an association of people united by family ties, friendships, occupation, clan or region, who gather in periods of more or less variable intervals to pool their savings in for the solution of particular problems or collective.

Son capital actuel tourne autour de 5 000 000 FCFA.

My Business
