About Me
My name is El Hadji NDIAYE, I was born in Dakar in 1990 and I live in unit #17 of Parcelles Assainies. I have completed my studies and pursued vocational training as a tailor, stylist, and designer. I have studied this profession for 10 years and currently work in that profession. I currently manage a tailor workshop at the market in unit #17 of Parcelles Assainies. My parents are originally from Kaolock and I am Saloum Saloum even though I was born in Dakar. I have two brothers and three sisters from the same father and mother, and three brothers and four sisters from my father’s side. I live in the family household with my father and my sisters in unit #17 of Parcelles Assainies. My mother is a merchant and my father is a dairy farmer and produces curdled milk that my mother and aunts are in charge of selling in unit #17 of Parcelles Assainies. As for me, I take care of developing my tailor workshop which I am looking to expand, which is the reason and motivation that pushes me to solicit a loan from Zidisha.
My Business
My business is located at the market in unit #17 of Parcelles Assainie and centers around the making of clothing for men and women. I sew traditional clothing, pants, and large African robes. The majority of my clients live in unit #17 of Parcelles Assainies and the orders from my clients are rather large, which allows me to make reasonable revenue, to manage the expenses related to the operations of my workshop and to make a profit to increase the production capacity of the workshop and to pay the rent with no problem. I work with two people which include one learner and one person that I brought in to help me with the production, which I pay based on the level of production. I pay a rent of 25000 FCFA for the workshop and the electricity is on average 45000 FCFA bi-monthly. I also have various additional expenses totaling 65000 FCFA. I make a monthly revenue of 200000 FCFA and after expenses, I often end up each month with a revenue of 75000 FCFA which allows me to contribute to family expenses and to help my parents.
Loan Proposal
I am a tailor and my business is a workshop that makes clothing at the market in unit #17 of Parcelles Assainies. The loan that I am asking from Zidisha will allow me to increase the production capacity of my workshop. I plan to procure tailoring machines and remodel the workshop to attract more clients.

J'ai fait des études et j'ai suivi une formation en apprentissage de tailleur stylisme et modéliste. J'ai appris ce métier pendant 10 ans et actuellement je suis devenu professionnel de ce métier et je gère présentement un atelier de tailleur au maché unité 17 des Parcelles Assainies. Mes parents sont originaire de Kaolock et je suis saloum saloum bien que je suis né à dakar. J'ai deux frères et trois soeurs de même père et de mère et trois frères et quatre soeurs de père uniquement. je vis dans la maison familiale avec mes pères et mes soeurs à l'unité 17 des Parcelles Assainies. Ma mère est commerçante et mon père est éleveur actif dans une ferme qui produits du lait cailler que ma mère et ma tante se charge de la commercialisation à l'unité 17 des Parcelles Assainies. Me concernant je me préoccupe pour le développement de monatelier de tailleur que je cherche tout pour son expansion et c'est la raison et la motivation qui me pousse à solliciter un prêt auprès de zidisha.
My Business
Mon entreprise se trouve au marché de l'unité 17 des Parcelles Assainies et évolue dans la confection des habits hommes et femmes. Je couds des habits traditionnels, des pantalons, des grands boubous. J'ai des clients dont la plupart habitent à l'unité 17 des Parcelles Assainies et la demande de mes clients est assez considérable je fais des chiffres d'affaire raisonnables qui me permet de prendre en charge les dépenses de fonctionnement de mon atelier et en plus faire des bénéficies servant à l'augmenter la capacité de production de l'atelier et régler le loué sans problème. Je travaille avec deux personnes dont un apprentis et une personne que j'ai pris pour m'aider à la production que je paie en fonction de la production. Je paie un loué de 25000FCFA pour l'atelier et les charges de l'électricté se situe en moyenne à 45000FCFA le bimestriel et des dépenses diverses de 65000FCFA. Je fais un chiffre d'affaire menseul envoisinant 200000FCFA et avec les charges je me retrouve souvent à la fin de chaque mois à 75000FCFA de bénéfices qui me permet de participer aux dépenses familiales et aider souvent mes parents.

Je suis tailleur et mon entreprise est un atelier de confection de vêtements au marché unité 17 des Parcelles Assainies. Le prêt que je demande auprès de zidisha servira à rendre la capacité de production de mon atelier. Je prévois d'acquérir des machines et faire des aménagements pour attirer plus la clientèle.
