Leonaige Cyber Cafe is located in a quiet location in Kahawa Wendani where clients can chill and work in a comfortable environment without disturbances.

We offer high quality internet services and other services like typesetting, photocopy, scanning of documents, drafting of official documents among others. We also do computer maintenance and offer internet at home services which include installation and supply all at very affordable prices.

At Leonaige, our clients come first and we strive to provide the best quality services this side of the Country.

Loan Proposal

Kshs. 17,000 can enable me purchase stock for my Cybercafe. I would like to purchase Reams of Printing and photocopy paper. One ream goes for Kshs. 340 at wholesale proce. A box of 5 reams will therefore cost Kshs.1700. I would like to purchase at least five cartons both for use and resale to clients costing approximately Kshs. 8500
I would also like to purchase Envelopes. A bunch consisting 50 A4 envelopes costs me Kshs. 150. A bunch consisting of 50 A5 envelopes costs Kshs. 80 while a bunch of 50 B4 envelopes costs me Kshs. 160. I would like to purchase A4 envelopes both for use at the cyber to package customer materials and also for resale to clients.
5 Bunches of each would cost me approximately
A4 - 150 x 5 = 750
A5 - 80 x 5 = 400
B4 - 160 x 5 = 800
Total = 1950

I do spiral binding for proposals and large documents.
Spirals cost differently depending on their sizes. The ideal number of spirals to run for about two months would cost me at least Kshs. 1000/-
The binding films and embossed papers cost 750 per packet consisting of 50 films and 50 embossed papers. 5 complete sets would cost me approximately Kshs. 3800.

I use at least 1 Hp toner every two months. A Hp toner with two extra drums will cost me at least Kshs. 1900 with every extra drum costing Kshs. 300 giving a total of Kshs. 2500

That rounds up to about Kshs. 16800 which would reduce my monthly expenses by at least half.

This loan would be a welcome advantage for my Cybercafe. I therefore appeal to my lenders to consider my loan application. Thank you.
